Ramil Andaya is Red Seal Chef, and a graduate of the Culinary Management program of George Brown College. He worked at the Granite Club, Panorama, and the Bloor Street Diner beore founding nakedbrunch in 2000. He also taught Hospitality at Cardinal Leger Secondary School. With degrees in Science and Education, he has taught and volunteered in communities in Toronto, Burlington, and Oakville, as well as in Japan and Korea.
Mark Clory holds degrees from the universities of Ottawa, New Brunswick, and Toronto. He has been a teacher and guidance counselor for 25 years, and co-founded nakedbrunch in 2000. He has been a community volunteer counsellor, and has been active in his church/school communities as a Choir Director and guitarist, in Brampton, Mississauga, Toronto, and Burlington.
Shane McConnell brings his love of food and the finer things in life to nakedbrunch. He has many years of business experience in varying fields which combine to give him a unique outlook. He splits his time between being a Network Engineer, and volunteering for many charities throughout the city, including the Toronto People With Aids Foundation, the Cana Caridad Foundation and the St. Georges Society of Toronto.
